Why... well how the trucks started I explained in the HOME page but how the dream started well that's a Taco Guy reason. Hervy has always been great in the kitchen his mom always told me he was a natural. Now me (Taco Lady) had no clue but I could whip up a Mac and cheese (in a box) JAJAJA , now that was years ago I can cook now. The DREAM was his and like mentioned in the HOME page of how the trucks started well Hervy originally wanted to open a full blown restaurant from zero.. Well I put a stop to that one only because we had never worked in the Food industry at all. He had the Sazon like we say in Mexico and I had the love for People. So we compromised on a mobile unit and I am so glad we did. This is now our DREAM to continue to grow and be active with our Frederick!!

This duo of Mexican-American lifestyles has helped us make a menu to feed the whole family whether a picky eater or looking to try authentic more rustic menu items like our Birria, carnitas, cochinita pibil, tamales, ceviches, thinga, moles, charros, pozoles and our flavorful salsas. Our family on both his and mine always are giving us new items to bring out

All of our meats are in-house made and locally sourced. It took years to get our recipes to where we wanted and to replicate our families style.
Please note that Steak and Shrimp are currently only at the Buckeystown location for now. We do offer Vegetarian and vegan options
We are very excited to finally be able to offer a bigger menu at the Buckeystown location. The trucks will keep the current menu options with add on specialties, like tamales and Birria. Check back here for updates on specials and new menu items.

Birria has been a favorite of mine (Taco Lady) since I was a child. I have put a lot of love and time to perfect this recipe. My Birria has both my Mexico City side with my Tijuana Baja Cali side, flavor in every bite and sip. You can hold your consome up to the light and it is thick and savory not transparent
